1. Services
Eco Tech Pest Control provides pest control and related home services. Service details, pricing, and scheduling are communicated at the time of booking.

2. Appointments
You agree to provide accurate contact information and ensure access to the service areas at the scheduled appointment time. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments with reasonable notice.

3. Payment
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, checks, and other approved payment methods.

4. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not responsible for damages arising from pre-existing conditions or circumstances outside our control.

5. SMS Messaging
By providing your mobile phone number and selecting SMS as your preferred contact method, you consent to receive SMS messages from Eco Tech Pest Control related to your service request, including appointment reminders, technician arrival notifications, service updates, and customer support communications.

SMS consent is optional and is not required to request or receive service. You may choose Phone or Email as your preferred contact method instead.

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will not receive further SMS messages unless you opt in again. For assistance, reply HELP.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information will not be shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
