Eco Tech was awesome. Was very polite.

Cameron inspected my garden apartment for what I thought were flying roaches that got into the apartment. After inspecting the apartment Cameron informed me that I had seasonal bugs that hatch eggs every year, he advised me on my part what I can do and he did his part by spraying where the bugs were entering and hatching their eggs that would hatch every summer. Thank you to Cameron for the service that he provided. I have saved echo techs number on my phone.

Manny was very friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. He explained the pest control process to us, the safety of the ingredients used, and was very thorough.

Raphael did an inspection and was very professional and informative on the various processes, and factors to consider. Plus he was very nice and a concientious worker! Inspection did not find any bedbugs and the company did not advise me to get the full treatment, but I opted for it partly because I was traveling again in a few weeks, so Raphael performed this too, and did a most neat job. I highly recommend him. And by the way, Mike, his supervisor on the phone was also very professional and helpful. So bottom line if you need to assess whether you have a pest problem or not and the options to consider, I can highly recommend this company based on the responsiveness and professionalism of Raphael and his supervisor, and services performed to date.
