Rafael came in for a follow up regarding a pest complaint logged a week or so ago; the apartment wasn’t infested but initially there have been alarming numbers of bugs peppered about the place. Today the pests are near totally gone except only very occasionally vis-a-vis common and individual pests. Rafael was very friendly, knowledgeable, and provided insightful context into what he will do, why he will do what he does, and other useful tidbits on dealing with pests with household goods when appropriate.
