I was very happy with the service, although it wasn't cheap. One application successfully stopped all wasp activity in the wall void of my house. On his second visit, the technician also treated other holes in the area as a prevention.

He was extremely knowledgeable and not judgmental at all. We were able to rest assured that the job was done very well. He has over 10 years of experience and was able to give us a lot of insight and tips on what to do to prevent pests. The comprehensive plan was definitely worth the price. I had a bed bug sighting in my apartment over the summer, and my apartment complex put me in contact with Eco Tech. I had been going crazy reading online horror stories of how bad these infestations can be. However, my technician, Rafael, was very kind and reassuring of the effectiveness of their treatment; he was quick, thorough, and professional, walking me through the steps he planned on doing. He also was easy to reach afterwards over text whenever we had questions. For as much of a pain as bed bugs are, they made it very manageable, and I have not seen a bed bug or signs since (fingers crossed). Thanks, Rafael!
