David Skoundrianos from Eco Tech Pest Control did an excellent job of treating my ant problem. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He thoroughly explained how I got the ants, where they were coming from and the process he was using to get rid of them. He used a completely different process that I have never seen before. I have been struggling with an ant problem for over 4 weeks. I did every thing I could to get ride of them. Nothing worked. David came in and used a non-toxic product to treat the problem both inside and outside my apartment. Within a few hours the ants congregated in one place, the doorway to the outside patio and then disappeared. I am very happy they are gone. Technician was patient, professional, and answered all questions. Provided traps. First inspection seemed thorough but did not find minor infestation that was clearly present (did not go through drawers under bed) - was standard price. Product was odorless and did seem to work as promised. 2nd treatment was suspiciously fast. Communication with central scheduling team was poor - adjacent unit inspection is not automatically scheduled with follow up. Pretty expensive all told and service was just ok.

Xavier came to our house on short notice for a preliminary inspection and was honest and transparent. He helped educate us on the problem and his proposed solution. Hoping the treatment works for us but so far our experience with EcoTech and Xavier has been terrific.

Kevin did an incredible job. He listened to my explanation, did some of his own investigation, and completely eliminated the ant nest. Really excellent work.

These folks were quick and respectful of my place. Hired them for some minor roach service and drain fly removal. Will check in over time, but I appreciated Pete as he was pretty thorough and I can already see the lowered drain fly activity. 8/27/26 edit: same services, they're still good lol. Thank you Xavier!
