Great experience! We’re new homeowners so when we got ants in the basement during this warmer weather of course we freaked out. Best out there!! Found them while I was looking on line as I just moved on a new home and decided on them based on the rating that was impressively a full five star based on thousands of reviews!! Starting from the first phone call to enquire to setting up and even the day of the appointment we had a little problem so we contacted them and they changed the time and sent manny who was supposed to be done with the day but decided to come out for us last minute!! let me tell you that I’m here to add to those five stars i would give a ten star if I could!! Manny was very informative professional and friendly and most of all respectful to our space covering his shoes before stepping in.He did a great job checking every corner being very precise and explained every step. This was the first visit for them to my place and I usually wait for results to put a review but I felt they deserved this review without thought. I hope my ant problem gets solved but from what i observed today I’m very optimistic and have almost no doubt it’s done already!

Could not have had a better experience with Eco Tech and our technician, David. The day before, we made the mistake of having Orkin come by for a quote and they were clearly a bunch of scammers trying to fear bait us into buying a ton of services from them.David was the opposite. Did a thorough check — even doing a second round in an area we were concerned about for our peace of mind — and basically told us that 98% of what Orkin had told us wasn’t true. It was so refreshing having someone honest and transparent after our experience with Orkin.I will 100% use Eco Tech for all pest needs in our future (which hopefully won’t be many!)

Winter 2025 update:Paul has been our regular tech for some time now. He's very thorough and professional and I'm glad he's assigned to our house. I saw one lone bug in my house after a bunch of packages came in. I suspected it was a cockroach and panicked. I contacted this company overnight and by morning they had a tech on the way. They came and inspected, and sprayed and set traps and assured me that they didn’t think I had any kind of infestation but they were taking all appropriate measures. They just left today after the two week inspection and found no sign of bugs. I really appreciate how quickly they came, how much they put me at ease with the panic I had over having bugs and that they were honest that there didn’t seem to be a problem and they don’t have to come back. The young man who came was polite and very nice. I also liked that they used eco friendly spray. Definitely recommend this company. I hope I never have to use them again because I don’t want to have bugs, but if you have a bug issue I am confident they will fix it.

We purchased a home in late May and upon our arrival in June, we could immediately see that the house had a pest problem. It appeared that the home did not have regular pest control service. We called around to different companies but felt that Eco Tech offered the most comprehensive coverage for a fair price. We signed up for the All-Season Plus Plan and are so glad we did! Our service technician, David Skoundrianos, is fantastic! He is so thorough and knowledgeable about different pests and how best to treat them. We did not anticipate how bad our pest problem was when we originally purchased the house but we've had to deal with an absolute infestation of ants, spiders, wasps and mice! Each time David has come to our house he has conducted a thorough investigation and explained to us what he found and his method for treatment. Most importantly, the products he uses are safe for kids and dogs/pets. Thanks to David and Eco Tech, we are getting this infestation under control. Our yard didn't have any fleas, ticks or even mosquitoes all summer! (Our fogging technician is Joey Simonetti). Eco Tech is also great with communication. They email you to confirm your next appointment a couple of days in advance and text you the day of to let you know they're on their way. They're always on time. We noticed bed bug activity in our unit about a month ago and Niki came out the same day to perform an inspection. He was very helpful in explaining the next steps for us. Eco Tech scheduled treatment right away for us the following Monday. Marvin K came to service our unit and we received 3 treatments in total. On the 3rd one he said he didn't find signs of bed bugs anymore. We will continue to monitor but thankfully Eco Tech has a wonderful 6 month guarantee for their services so they'll come back if any bugs return. Marvin was thorough each time and helpful in his guidance on what we should do to help eradicate the bugs. It was great working with Eco Tech and the price felt very reasonable too given their commitment to resolving the issue for us!

We continue with Eco Tech primarily because of our rep Samantha and our technician David who is knowledgeable, patient and thorough with each application.Eco tech claims to have eco friendly products so they don’t have same/high level of chemicals as others do. The down side is that you may experience activity more regularly and may have to call them repeatedly as opposed to once every few months. However; they are quick to respond and visit so it hasn’t been a problem for us.

**UPDATE: I kept getting bites after their 3 treatments and have the 6 month guarantee. HOWEVER, they said they could only come in and spray again if I find an actual bed bug . My doctor and dermatologist said it’s impossible to say if they are bedbugs since it could be anything even though they exhibit the classic bed bug pattern. These creatures are experts at hiding and I havent found anything, yet I still get three bites in a line all over my face, shoulders, and arms. I went ahead and sprayed using crossfire myself since Ecitech will not spray again. That seems to make a difference. Just sad, pitiful, and exhausting that I have to do it myself after the “pros” cannot seem to handle it. **I woke up one day to blood stains on sheets and clusters of bites. I called eco tech and the tech said I didn’t have any bed bugs. That night, I stayed up because I was convinced they were there. Come to find that I saw one on my bed at 3am, so I caught it killed it, and put it in a ziplock. I called eco tech again and a different tech came out. He told me the bug was too small to see if it was a bed bug. I told him to take a picture and zoom in, but he insisted it was too small even though I zoomed in with my camera and you could clearly see the 6 legs and ridges, etc. he said I didn’t have bed bugs. Then I asked him to explain the blood stain, which he didn’t see. He went back and agreed that I likely have the horrible bugs. He did fumigate that day, but I am extremely uneasy. What if they clear me and say I don’t have the bed bugs after the treatment is done? I am losing my mind over this, and wish I could 100% trust them to thoroughly do this job, but I don’t know if I can trust them to find them and correctly identify whether or not they are here or will be gone after treatment. We’ll see how it goes, and I will update regularly on here.

I was in need of expert pest removal. After research and looking at reviews and BBB rating, I selected Eco Tech Pest Control. I liked the fact that it's a local family business. I called in the morning and they had a expert tech out by 2 pm. Paul assessed the situation and went to work to solve my issue. I recently discovered I have some wasps that have made a nest in my wall/siding where an old gas pipe hole wasn't sealed. We bought a new construction home during the spring, so we were quickly inundated with tons of crawly insects. We initially chose Eco Tech because we have pets and young children, but I’ve been blown away by their service. They’re knowledgeable and reliable. We have a standing quarterly appointment with them so I never have to worry about calling and scheduling. (I’ll add that rescheduling is a breeze.) Payments are automatic, so when a technician shows up, I don’t have to worry about a thing. We haven’t seen more than two bugs in the three years since they’ve been here. Manny and Marvin, our technicians, are the nicest people and very thorough with their inspections. I truly look forward to seeing them, which is just an added bonus to what’s already a great experience.

Out of the 5 different companies I called for service, Eco Tech was by far the kindest and most informative. Being this is my first time in this type of situation and first time home owner, their team was a breath of fresh air! Xavier, the sales rep. was so kind and answered all my questions leading up to the service. He was easy to get a hold of with follow-up questions and very responsive. And Nicholas J. who came to our home was beyond kind, informative, and thorough. He came in with such good energy and left us feeling 100x better about the situation. Rafael from EcoTech was one of the most professional service people we’ve had in our home. He communicated his eta before arriving, did a great job with a secondary inspection, explained his findings and recommendations in detail, answered all of our questions (which were a lot!), and even did some additional work the same day so we wouldn’t have to worry about trying to get someone back out another time. He was very friendly and professional, and gave us a courtesy call after he was finished to explain his work and the next follow up.We can’t speak to the treatment effectiveness yet but so far we’re very happy with Exo Tech and will be requesting Rafael for any future service.

Unfortunately, they did not work for me. I gave them two stars because they were able to come out the very next day and my ant problem is better, but most certainly not resolved. The first person to come (David I think) was fine. He barely spoke, I had to drag words out of him but he seemed professional and thoroughly applies product around the house. Two weeks later I have a follow up with Manny, who was more friendly but less attentive to detail. From that second visit I had a 30 guarantee in which I called about a week later because I was still seeing ants. Manny is sent out again, this time not nearly as friendly and seemed to blame me for still having ants? He also told me that I would like still be seeing ants but as long as their wasn’t a significant trail then the service was considered successful. I reached out again an about a week after my 30 day guarantee ended and expressed the same concern. The woman I spoke to said she would pass my message along but I never heard from anyone. It’s a shame I’m out $255 and still have ants.

Excellent customer service from the company + a super competent and effective tech. Manny was professional, friendly and kind and knew exactly how to address a substantial cockroach problem in our garage. Very happy with the price, $100 less than another extermination company I called-and best of all, Manny came out within hours of my calling the company in a panic. A day later, and we see lots of dead cockroaches! Highly recommend Manny and the company.

Jr. There just aren't enough superlatives to share how incredible Terry was.... but I'll try. : )Terry was the most friendly service person we've ever come across. His knowledge to help solve our pest problem was described simply to us. And in the end, we know (because of Terry), we no longer will have little ants to deal with in our home. WOW! This company is amazing!From my initial phone conversation with SAMANTHA to schedule my appointment and then the technician PAUL who came to my home, I can't say enough good things.I actually felt like they cared about my problem.The customer service goes above and beyond.Paul notified me that he was on his way to my home and arrived shortly thereafter. He was polite, pleasant, very knowledgeable and explained things in a way that was easy for me to understand. Had an surprise visit by this company today because my landlord forgot to tell us that they were coming today. However unlike the other uninvited guests that are currently in our building, they were very awesome!Michael C. was our exterminator and he was super friendly and did his best to do everything that needed to be done quickly and without being overly intrusive. He even went out of his way to make sure we were happy with the service he provided. Ideally I'd rather not have him come back, because that would mean the problem was solved, but alas pests don't give up that easy!That being said, if you get Michael C as your exterminator, you'll be sure to get great service just like we did!

Raphael came out for service to my condo because I stayed in a hotel that I’m pretty sure had bedbugs and was worried that I’d brought them home with me. I originally assumed I needed to do a full treatment, but Raphael started with an inspection first, listened to my whole saga, and talked me through what he was looking for. We ended up not seeing any signs of bugs, so he was great about talking through my options and ultimately we decided to hold off on full treatment. Raphael did a wonderful job of talking me through what to keep looking out for, how I can best protect myself when traveling going forward, and in general helping led me feel much more calm about what for me is a nightmare situation. I would highly recommend him to anyone going through a similar situation- he’s not only good at his work, he’s great at helping put you at ease, and that peace of mind is priceless!
